Stazura is built on a legacy of recruiting excellence that began in 1977 with my father, Dale Statson. Dale founded one of the first firms focused exclusively on sales talent and set a high standard for quality and integrity in the industry.
I joined the family business in 1993 and have spent the past 30+ years helping companies hire exceptional leaders — from top sales talent to C-suite and VP-level executives. I’ve guided organizations through critical hires, team scaling, and major growth initiatives, including within public companies.
Today, Stazura specializes in Executive Search and Leadership & Talent Consulting. We combine this deep generational experience with modern recruiting methods to deliver fast, high-quality results with a personal touch.
